I was intrigued by all the fuss about keeping a Gratitude Journal.
So I began jotting down (mostly small) things in my life for which I am grateful. Well, after a month, I can testify the process is rather like a magic pill! Daily thoughts about how good life is right now have become pervasive throughout the day and the results are noticeable.
It's a practice I want to continue.
