ICAD Challenge

It's been such fun participating in ICAD 2016.  That's the Index-Card-A-Day challenge on Facebook.

Over 61 days participants are given weekly themes and daily prompts. For example, watercolor pencil (theme) and baseball (prompt). This has proven an effective way to provide more practice in my budding mixed-media art skills. And seeing work from other artists has proven enlightening and inspiring.

These are my ICADs for the first 30 days of the challenge, June 1 - 30.

  1. SO . . . you are to draw something on a 3 x 5 card each day depicting a theme that is given out for the day? Everything looks so diverse. You must have a lot of talent bundled up inside of you!

    Virtual hugs,

    1. Hi Judie! Yes, either 3x5 or 4x6. Anything goes - drawing, painting, text, collage, stamping. The idea is to do something creative every day (using a cheap canvas). It's a great way to try new techniques. Thanks for stopping by!
