A Day at the Gallery

My entry for this week's Three Muses challenge - abstract.

The background is a piece of wax paper that I've been using to protect art journal pages while painting.  I wanted to see what the paper would look like as a scanned background.

The foreground image is a scanned index card I was using for leftover paint. Once blended into the wax paper, it looks rather like a canvas.

The central figure is scanned from a book on Japanese advertising in the 1920's.

Thanks for stopping by!
